Review: Daiso Haruhime Foundation Brush (200¥) No.6

Here is another review for Daiso's Haruhime foundation brush but it is not like the first one I reviewed. This foundation brush has round bristles and is flat at it's top. I can't remember if I have tried a brush like this before when I was in the Philippines.

Where and How Much?
I bought this from Daiso's branch located at Takeshita Street in Harajuku, Shibuya. The foundation I reviewed before this costs 100JPY but this one costs 200JPY (tax not included). I don't know why the price differs but maybe the more hair, the more pricier. But it's still cheap, compared to other brushes like this that costs more than 1000JPY.

Descriptions in the Front
On the packaging, there are words that were in Katakana (リキッドファンデーションブラシ)just below where the "Foundation Brush" is at. In English, it is just "Liquid Foundation Brush." There is also two Kanjis(春姫)  at the lower right which is read as Haruhime. When you look for it in the dictionary, you may not find it because this is used as a name. But when you search for it separately the meaning will be Spring Princess. So Haruhime might be the name of the brand or brushes. Well, most of the brushes in Daiso is Haruhime. There is also Hiragana words (ごくふわっ) written on the upper right of the packaging and it means very soft. The descriptions are much the same as the Daiso's Haruhime foundation brush that I reviewed before this but there's an additional.
“しっかりカバーしながら素肌のような透明肌をめざすブラシです。”
"It is a brush that aims for a fully covered finish complexion just like a clear skin."

Descriptions at the Back
On the back of the packaging, the "how to clean," "how to store," "caution," and "material" was already translated to English so knowing these stuffs won't be hard.

What it Claims?
 “コシが強く細かな部分にも密着する斜めカットでカバー力と素肌のような透明感ある仕上がりを両立した上質なブラシです。”
"It is a high quality brush that balances both the cover power and the finish with transparent feeling like bare skin with oblique cut which strongly binds even fine parts. " (translated with google translate)

Materials
Body: Wood / Bristles: Nyon / Connector: Aluminum

The Bristles
The bristles are really soft at the top. At first I thought that the bristles are hard but I was wrong. It was a little dusty but not that much. There are no bristles bulging out so I was very impressed on how they made this. There are also no bristles falling out when I tried to tap the brush. They are firmly attached to the applicator.

Let's Try!!!
So I'm going to use my MAC Studio Fix Fluid Foundation and this is how it looks like after damping it. I only used a little amount at first.

I only did the half side of my face. I just tap lightly the brush on my face but it does not work that well. It was hard to even out the foundation.
I tried to put more foundation hoping it will now work well.
This is the final result. I didn't much liked the result. I tried my best but it was really hard to even out the foundation. There are still some streaks and there also some spots where the foundation is forming. (My foundation works well with other brushes/sponges) It is still a decent brush though. Maybe it will work well with other foundation. I will update this blog when I try this with other foundation.

I tried to apply the same foundation using my Daiso Haruhime Foundation Brush No. 30 (left picture) for comparison and it really worked well than this No.6 Foundation Brush.
